• 6 Fresh Baked cookies wrapped in a bag with coordinating ribbon. 
• Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the bakery in Danvers, Massachusetts
• Choose the date your item SHIPS at checkout. 
• We ship Monday-Thursday of each week with UPS, please have orders in by Wednesday to guarantee same week shipping. 
• Our products are perishable and we recommend a 2-day transit time.
• If you are outside the New England area, we highly suggest UPS 2 or 3 day vs ground. Ground can take up to a week to ship across country. 
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• The Cookie Monstah is not held responsible for delays in shipping once your order has left the bakery. Please contact UPS if issues arise. 
• The Cookie Monstah is not held liable if you enter an incorrect address, or for other issues out of our control when your order leaves the bakery
