We ship Monday-Thursday of each week with UPS
Our products are perishable and we recommend a 2-day transit time.
If you are outside the New England area, we highly suggest UPS 2 or 3 day vs ground. Ground can take up to a week to ship across country.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
The Cookie Monstah is not held responsible for delays in shipping once your order has left the bakery. Please contact UPS if issues arise.
The Cookie Monstah is not held liable if you enter an incorrect address, or for other issues out of our control when your order leaves the bakery
