- Order just a single cookie for Mail Order only. Choose from folded & sealed with a sticker or tied with a ribbon.
- Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the bakery in Danvers, Massachusetts
- We ship Monday-Thursday of each week with UPS
- Our products are perishable and we recommend a 2-day transit time.
- If you are outside the New England area, we highly suggest UPS 2 or 3 day vs ground. Ground can take up to a week to ship across country.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- The Cookie Monstah is not held responsible for delays in shipping once your order has left the bakery. Please contact UPS if issues arise.
- The Cookie Monstah is not held liable if you enter an incorrect address, or for other issues out of our control when your order leaves the bakery
